Bradford and Howley were the best decision we made when it came to letting our property and eventually managing the sale. We had a great few years with them and would highly recommend them for both aspects. Lettings: Nicola was fantastic. She kept us updated with issues, and we always received our rent on time. If there were any issues with the flat, she helped us resolve them quickly. Sales: We mainly dealt with Liam and Myles throughout the selling process. Both are exceptionally professional. Liam is an authority in his field and has given us some great and fair advice. You always feel that he has your best interests at the core of what he does. Myles has to be one of the most polite and on-the-ball estate agents we have dealt with. He has a very high level of customer service - something which can be rare at the moment. You know, when he is showing potential buyers your property, he is giving them the same level of service and would definitely be a factor in getting a sale. Managing the sale: Our sale was a lengthy process and challenging, to say the least. If we didn't have Mandy managing the sale, I can confidently say our sale wouldn't have completed. Again, we feel she was professional and fair to both sides of the sale but never made us feel that we weren't her priority. She often listened patiently to our concerns and always offered sound advice. Mandy is someone you want working for you. As a team, they are exceptional, and if you are looking to let or sell your property - this is the team to use.
