Permitted Payments

BEFORE YOU MOVE IN

Holding Deposit:To reserve the property, we require a holding deposit equivalent to one weeks rent.  This will contribute to your first month's rent.

Security Deposit: The equivalent of five weeks rent.  This covers damage or defaults on the part of the tenants during tenancy.

OTHER PERMITTED PAYMENTS

Change to Tenancy: £50.00 + VAT (Total £60.00)

Change to early termination if requested by tenant: £50.00 + VAT (Total £60.00)

Cost for Lost Keys / Security Device: Contractor Fee + £25.00

Charge for Late Rent Payment: Bank of England base rate + 3%
