The Polar Bear Plunge is an annual event where brave people of all ages start the New Year with an icy splash in the outdoor pool of the St Albans Sub Aqua Club – often in fancy dress! Plungers are rewarded with hot chocolate, a hot shower, music and cakes.
The Polar Bear Plunge is an annual event where brave people of all ages start the New Year with an icy splash in the outdoor pool of the St Albans Sub Aqua Club – often in fancy dress!
Plungers are rewarded with hot chocolate, a hot shower, music and cakes – and a warm hat. All profits support local charity Earthworks and guest charity Small Acts of Kindness.
