I visited Bradford and Howley on spec, looking for potential investment property I ( I should add Im not an easy sell ). I was lucky enough to meet up with Myles. There was a property that match my criteria and Myles arranged a viewing within 48 hrs. However the property was not of interest. Myles took the time to understand my requirements and offered up an alternative property that was not readily available but matched my criteria perfectly. This time, they helped us sell our family home during what was an incredibly challenging and emotional time as a result of divorce, and throughout the whole process they were exceptionally professional, understanding and supportive.What really stood out was how straightforward they made everything. There was no continual back-and-forth or unnecessary hassle, and they were incredibly accommodating when arranging viewings. Their approach made what could have been a very stressful process feel remarkably quick and painless, while still achieving the right price for the property.They also went above and beyond by helping me find rental accommodation following the sale. We had a long journey selling our property, including a failed sale with another estate agent, so by the time we came back to Bradford & Howley in 2026, we were honestly quite exhausted by the whole process.We had first contacted Bradford & Howley in 2024, and although things didn’t work out at the time, we were really pleased to reconnect with them in 2026. Our property was quite unique and not necessarily typical of the St Albans market, so finding the right buyer was always going to be more challenging.Mark and Kerry were especially helpful throughout, fielding numerous phone calls from us and providing advice and reassurance whenever complications arose with the sale.We particularly appreciated Kerry’s ability to connect the dots and identify a potential buyer for our property, which ultimately allowed us to sell off-market. This made a huge difference to us, as it meant we avoided the additional stress and disruption of having numerous viewings while still living in the property.They were also incredibly proactive in helping us find our onward purchase. Kerry Rushbrooke was fantastic throughout our viewing and all procedures up to and after offer acceptance.
