As COVID-19 continues to develop, our commitment is to adhere to the world health organisation advice, and the procedures advised by the UK government.

The wellbeing of our staff and customers is our priority and you can be assured that health and safety has our upmost attention. All our staff are fully aware of the current conditions and are undertaking the highest levels of hygiene.

We have assessed what we can do to reassure you we are taking the Coronavirus seriously and minimise the risks to you and our staff.

1. Any member of our staff showing signs of possible symptoms will be asked to stay at home for a period of 14 days or until they have been given a clear bill of health by a member of the NHS.

2. We encourage our buyers and sellers not to shake hands with us or anyone else for the time-being.

3. All branches have handwash to ensure our staff continue to keep their hands clean and less prone to infection.

4. All our computer keyboards, surfaces and door handles are disinfected on a regular basis throughout the day.

We will be following developments carefully and we would like to reassure you that should the need for us to work from home, we have put in place the necessary processes to enable us to do this with minimal disruption to you.
