Strengthening Our Team to Better Support Our Clients
As long-established estate agents in St Albans, Marshalswick, and Harpenden, we continue to invest in talented people as an important part of how we deliver that service. As the property market continues to evolve, we are always looking for ways to strengthen our team and ensure our clients receive the expert guidance and personal support they deserve.
Over the past few months, we have been delighted to welcome several new colleagues across our business, each bringing valuable experience and a fresh perspective to our offices in St Albans and Harpenden.
Joining us in October 2025, Haylee Rahiman stepped into the role of Accounts Manager, taking over from our long-standing accounts lead. Hailee brings a wealth of financial experience and an interesting personal connection to the company, having actually got her first flat through Bradford & Howley. Now working alongside Myles in the office, she plays a vital behind-the-scenes role, keeping the financial side of the business running smoothly.
In November 2025, John Greene joined the team, bringing more than 22 years of experience in sales and financial services. As a CII Level 3 qualified adviser, John specialises in guiding clients through the entire property journey, helping to simplify the mortgage process while maintaining clear communication between lenders, solicitors, and agents. His expertise ensures that transactions stay on track and clients feel supported at every stage of their move.
The start of 2026 also saw the arrival of Lisa Nichols, who looks after the marketing side of the business. Lisa has strong ties to the local area, having lived in St Albans for many years, where she raised her family. Her role focuses on ensuring our clients’ properties are presented at their very best across our marketing channels, helping homes reach the widest possible audience.
In February 2026, we welcomed Kerry Rushbrooke, who brings six years of Hertfordshire estate agency experience, alongside a background in financial services. Kerry describes her approach as consultative rather than sales-driven, focusing on building relationships and supporting clients through what can often be a significant life change. With a deep understanding of the emotional and financial importance of moving home, Kerry is passionate about making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Most recently, Eda Ozcetin joined the team in March 2026. Eda previously worked as an Assistant Building Surveyor, giving her valuable insight into property and construction. Her professional background, combined with her friendly and approachable manner, helps clients feel confident and supported whether they are buying, selling, letting, or renting.
These additions strengthen our team across every part of the business, from financial guidance and property expertise to marketing and client care. Most importantly, they allow us to continue delivering the knowledgeable advice, local understanding, and personal service that Bradford & Howley is known for.
As our team continues to grow, our focus remains the same: helping our clients move with confidence. Whether you are buying, selling, letting or renting in St Albans, Marshalswick, Harpenden, or the surrounding villages, our growing team is here to help.
