A Fantastic Finish for This Year's Fun Run

Back in May, we were delighted to sponsor the annual Grove Schools' PTA Fun Run, an event that saw pupils lace up their trainers and complete as many laps as they could to raise money for improvements around the school.

Now, with the fundraising complete, it's wonderful to see the winning class celebrating their achievement alongside the presentation of the fundraising cheque.

The event brought together pupils, parents, teachers and the wider Harpenden community, with every lap completed helping to support exciting improvements to the school grounds. Funds raised will go towards new playground equipment for Nursery and Reception, additional table tennis tables and a new picnic area for junior pupils, creating spaces that children can enjoy for years to come.

At Bradford & Howley, we believe strong communities are built through moments like these. Supporting local schools, charities and community organisations is an important part of who we are, and we're proud to have played a small role in another successful Grove Schools' PTA event.

A huge congratulations to the winning class and, just as importantly, a well-deserved thank you to every pupil who took part, every family who sponsored the runners, and the PTA and school staff whose hard work made the event possible.
