With over 35 years’ experience in the property sector, including a couple of years in Australia and New Zealand, Andy brings extensive knowledge of the residential property market, estate agency and new homes, together with a strong understanding of land and development opportunities.

Having spent much of his career working in and around St Albans and Hertfordshire, Andy has developed an in-depth knowledge of the local market, its communities and the factors that influence residential property values and development.
