Very professional and understanding of a customers requirements, they listen and are flexible, and polite. We are in the process of looking for a downsize, a second property due to disability and health, and I have found Liam Howley (one of the partners) extremely down to earth, an understanding and very knowledgeable person, approachable and helpful. I popped in yesterday having to cancel a viewing as my father was unfortunately taken ill to hospital, and so I had to pass through the centre and decided to actually advise them in person, get a chance to meet the team, and so actually got to speak to Liam one of the onwer/partners. From past experiences of estate agents, and I will be honest with me being a shrewd and very cautious business person, I would say that this estate agent is superb and a real gem to the st albans area for buyers and sellers. As far as estate agents and lawyers can be trusted!! I feel I would trust and indeed I would feel comfortable in giving this estate agent my business and trust, in particular Liam Howley who is very easy to deal with and so I would be happy giving my time and business to. I am currently due to view a particular property and hopefully will be doing business with Bradford & Howley.
